Special notice to all members of the Massachusetts Association of Firearms Retailers.
We have been informed today by Bill Pickett from the Firearms Record Bureau
of the following change in obtaining FA-10 forms.
As a result of the Commonwealth's budgetary constraints, effective
immediately FA-10 forms will no longer be available through the Firearms
Record Bureau.
ALL orders for FA-10 forms must be placed directly through the following
company:

The new cost for blank FA-10 forms is now $45.00 per 100, which includes all
taxes, mailing costs and handling fees.
The cost for preprinted FA-10 forms is as follows:
500 forms - $341.25 includes forms and custom printing
1000 forms - $546.00 includes forms and custom printing
1500 forms - $735.00 includes forms and custom printing
When placing your first order please include a copy of your state license for
G&G's files. (Optional)
Payment is by company check only and made payable to: G&G Printing Company.
All orders will only be accepted by mail.
